Senior Finance Manager

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Talentedge is partnered with a PE-backed Consumer-Tech business that has scaled rapidly and provides cutting-edge technology for data insights used by prominent companies worldwide. The company specializes in powering smarter marketing and product decisions through data-driven audience intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the group’s annual audit, ensuring a smooth year-end close, including post-year-end adjustments and preparing consolidated statutory accounts.
• Lead a team of two direct reports, supporting their development and reviewing their workload.
• Prepare and review the UK entities' monthly management accounts and review consolidated management accounts, providing variance analysis.
• Manage the cash flow forecast for the group.
• Review Group VAT returns for UK entities, and support quarterly group VAT, R&D claims, and more with the Head of Tax.
• Improve reporting accuracy through Anaplan Consolidation tool, streamline month-end close processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls.

About you:

• Qualified ACA with audit experience from a Big4 or Top10 accounting firm and at least 3 years PQE.
• Experience working in a PE-backed, fast-paced, dynamic environment within Tech, SaaS, or Software Development sectors.
• Strong experience managing Group Audits under UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficient in performing group consolidations and producing monthly management accounts.
• Must have experience with SAP — essential.
• Previous management experience leading a team.
