Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Team Management : Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial advice and guidance.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Professional Certification : CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience : At least 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Soft Skills : Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
