We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. This leadership role involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior management within the division and the group finance function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, analyze variances, trends, and forecasts, and support budgeting and forecasting tools.
2. Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management, evaluate profitability, and identify optimization opportunities.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with standards, oversee regulatory reports, and align with company policies.
4. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members, improve internal processes, and foster professional development.
5. Financial Systems & Process Improvement: Lead system implementation, optimize reporting processes, and leverage automation.
