Kwik Fit in the UK is hiring a Senior Field Technician to join our expert field team, supporting centres across the country with advanced diagnostics, problem-solving and specialist repair work on ICE, hybrid and EV vehicles.

This high-impact, hands-on role requires independent work, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to mentor technicians, share insights and uphold high safety and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise across ICE, hybrid and EV systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Comfortable using specialist tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Able to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and specialist repairs across the national field network.
• Support centres in the field with urgent and planned callouts.
• Collaborate with centre teams to prioritise issues and drive improvements.
• Mentor technicians and share insights on faults and trends.
