Kwik Fit in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to join our expert field team, supporting centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics and specialist repair work.

You will work across ICE, hybrid and EV systems, perform on-site diagnosis, repair and validation, and mentor technicians to raise technical capability while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior field technician with experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Proficient with ICE, hybrid and EV systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and planned technical callouts across the UK.
• On-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians across the network.
• Collaborate with centre teams to resolve issues and share insights.
