Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to join our expert field team, supporting centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and specialist repair work.

This field-based role covers ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicles, acting as the go-to technical expert and helping keep customers safe on the road. You will mentor peers and drive proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise across ICE, hybrid, and EV systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Clear, confident communicator with technical explanations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and planned field callouts.
• On-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians across the network.
• Lead technical excellence and share insights on faults and trends.
• Collaborate with centre teams to resolve issues.
