Kwik Fit is hiring a Senior Field Technician to support centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics, specialist repair work, and high standards of workmanship.

This field-based role requires travel across regions, working on ICE, hybrid and EV vehicles, and acting as the technical expert to resolve complex faults while mentoring technicians and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in field diagnostics across ICE, hybrid and EV systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
• Respond to urgent and planned technical callouts.
• Collaborate with centre teams to prioritise issues and provide guidance.
• Lead technical excellence and share insights on faults and trends.
• Support centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics and specialist repair work.
• Ensure health, safety, and high standards of workmanship.
