Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to join our nationwide field team, providing advanced diagnostics and specialist repair work across the UK. You will work on ICE, hybrid and EV systems, diagnosing complex faults and ensuring safe, high-quality vehicle performance.

You will play a key role in mentoring technicians, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvement while collaborating with centre teams to resolve issues and uphold our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior field technician with UK-wide support experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding across ICE, hybrid and EV systems.
• Ability to mentor others and coach centre teams.
• Proficient with specialist diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and planned field callouts across the UK.
• On-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
• Provide rectification guidance to support customer experience.
• Mentor and develop technicians across the network.
• Lead technical excellence and share insights on faults and trends.
• Contribute to training materials and technical bulletins.
