Job summary

Lithia UK Head Office is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the South of England. This hands-on role requires you to generate leads in the field and attend the Head Office in Annesley once a month, with a base salary of £50,000 and a £20,000 performance bonus plus additional benefits.

You will manage a small portfolio of existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in vehicle rental is preferred.
• Ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Proven track record of building relationships and delivering targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual turnover, margin and rental days targets.
• Build relationships to enable smooth service delivery for each client.
• Prospect, convert and maximise sales through new business customers.
• Manage a small portfolio of existing customers.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor information.
