Job summary

MoveATech is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead Hard and Soft FM services across six schools in Dumfries and Galloway. You will manage operational performance, SLAs, budgets and audits while acting as the main escalation point for schools and business managers.

You will lead Engineers, Team Leaders, Cleaning Supervisors and Caretakers, ensuring safety, performance and high customer satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities or operations management experience across multi-site portfolios.
• Experience delivering KPI targets and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements for premises.
• Ability to lead engineers, supervisors and caretakers.
• Full UK driving licence required; PVG check and enhanced checks may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard and soft FM services across six schools.
• Manage service-level agreements, budgets and supply chain delivery.
• Act as the main escalation point for customers and school business managers.
• Promote safety, performance and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance audits and health and safety across portfolio.
