Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee its Soft Facilities Management division, delivering cleaning, waste collection and grounds maintenance across multiple sites. You will drive service quality, cost control and tenant satisfaction while leading recruitment, training and performance management.

The role requires regular travel to Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham, with duties from 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Experience managing outsourced soft services contracts in facilities management.
Strong leadership of dispersed teams and recruitment.
Ability to monitor KPIs, audits and risk assessments.
Proven budget control and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments to maintain high standards.
Ensure services meet contract specs, KPIs and site safety plans.
Lead on-site teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
Supervise cleaning, grounds and bulk collection teams across multi-site locations.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and safe working practices.
Liaise with residents, housing officers and local stakeholders.
