Bruntwood SciTech is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Manchester City Centre portfolio, including Sister, a joint venture with The University of Manchester. This role oversees hard services for a city centre cluster, guiding a seven-member team and coordinating with the Property Manager across multiple sites.

You will ensure safety, functionality, and presentation while driving continuous improvement and providing leadership across a dynamic portfolio in a high-visibility area.

• Experience leading facilities teams in complex commercial properties.
• Ability to mobilise buildings and schedule maintenance with a proactive mindset.
• Strong multi-project management and ability to react quickly to events.
• Proven track record of coordinating contractors and suppliers for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborative working with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a seven-person Facilities Team to deliver first-time fixes.
• Oversee maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, ensuring safety and presentation.
• Collaborate with a Property Manager across twelve buildings.
• Coordinate works on site, review RAMs and permits to work, attend pre-start and progress meetings.
• Manage customer-reported maintenance and ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance checks.
• Oversee compliance and safety using the compliance management system.
