Job summary

Bruntwood is seeking a General Maintenance Team Member to work across its Circle Square buildings, delivering high standards of presentation and upkeep. The role runs 40 hours per week, predominantly 07:00-16:00 with some 09:00-18:00 shifts, and includes 1 in 6 Saturdays.

You will maintain entrances, common areas, and service spaces, support meeting rooms, and perform building checks and safety procedures with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of presentation around entrances and common areas.
• Open/lock up buildings as required and support meeting rooms.
• Ensure suites and vacant spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Carry out periodic planned maintenance and safety checks.
• Monitor and complete service requests and jobs.
• Assist with health and safety reporting and respond to issues.
