Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management and operational services across its portfolio, ensuring safe, sustainable and well-maintained buildings. Based at multiple sites, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in facilities operations.

You will work with contractors and specialist teams to plan investments, manage risk, and shape long-term asset plans for Charlecote Park, Baddesley Clinton,

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, asset and maintenance management, with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience (incl. IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, health and safety, environmental regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of facilities management and operational support across a portfolio of properties.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and performance of built assets.
• Develop and lead a team of staff and volunteers; manage budgets, projects, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide leadership on risk, compliance and asset management within the Senior Leadership Team.
