National Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead Arlington Court and North Devon Coast & Countryside's built assets, delivering safe, compliant, sustainable, and future-ready facilities.

You will plan and manage routine and reactive maintenance, coordinate budgets, lead a team of staff and volunteers, and work with contractors and stakeholders to improve operations and protect heritage buildings.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding and experience in facilities management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing compliance, risk assessments and operational procedures.
• Understanding of building fabric and conservation principles.
• Strong commercial, analytical and financial management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, supply chain and contractor management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.

• Lead planning and delivery of facilities management services; maintain assets through routine and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance projects and manage budgets and resources.
