Kingsley Recruitment is partnering with a leading Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Agents to appoint an experienced Senior Facilities Manager for their regional office. You will lead across hard and soft FM, and collaborate with clients to drive service excellence.

This senior, client-facing role requires strong budgeting, stakeholder management and business development to grow the portfolio. You will influence strategy, support bids and contribute to revenue growth in the Northwest

Qualifications

Significant experience in Commercial Sector Facilities Management (hard and soft FM).
Experience assisting with work winning, business development, and client growth.
Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, margin management, and financial reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in a fee-earning real estate consultancy, managing agent, or professional Facilities Management provider.
Experience across all commercial property sectors.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of integrated FM services across a varied client portfolio.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and H&S requirements.
Drive service quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Act as a senior client lead, maintaining and growing key client relationships.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth.
Assist in bid responses, fee proposals, and commercial negotiation.
