You will shape the FM strategy, contribute to bid responses, and represent the firm at client meetings and industry events, with a path to senior leadership.

Kingsley Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Agents that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior level Facilities Manager toits’ regional office.

Geographically, the practice covers the Merseyside, Cheshire, Wales & Wirral regions, specialising in industrial, retail, office, leisure real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the delivery of integrated FM services across a varied commercial portfolio
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and H&S requirements
• Drive service quality, innovation, and operational efficiency

Commercial & Business Development

• Act as a senior client lead, maintaining and growing key client relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth
• Assist in bid responses, fee proposals, and commercial negotiations

Strategic Contribution

• Support the wider leadership team in shaping the FM growth strategy
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Contribute to brand presence and market positioning within the FM sector

About You

You will be a confident, commercially astute Facilities Manager with the gravitas and capability to operate and progress at senior level.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Significant experience in Commercial Facilities Management, covering both hard and soft FM
• Experience of working in a consultancy, managing agent, or a professional Facilities Management provider
• Demonstrable success/ability in work winning, business development, and client growth
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, margin management, and financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience across all commercial property sectors.
• Desireable - Professional qualifications (e.g. IWFM, RICS, or equivalent)
• Desireable - Regional market knowledge within the Northwest
