Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee MEP, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems in a premium office environment. The role includes managing multi-skilled engineers, preventive maintenance programs, and budget tracking.

Successful candidates will have at least five years’ experience in commercial building operations, with three years in a supervisory role. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum along with various benefits including life

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in commercial building operations.
• Three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Total Facilities Management models and Authorised Person status is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP, HVAC, fire/life safety, and energy systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage BAS/EMS systems.
• Act as the main contact for all engineering matters and maintain client relationships.
• Supervise multi-skilled engineers and ensure safety and quality.
• Manage vendors, inspections, and maintenance inventories.
