Job summary

You will manage contract financial plans, optimize staffing, and deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety standards and strong client relationships in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to lead technicians and operatives.
• Proficient in English and mathematics; good organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians/operatives on site.
• Oversee contract delivery, reporting and client meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and contingency plans for critical systems.
• Coordinate with CBRE management to optimise staffing and service delivery across contracts.
