Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Yorkshire is seeking a Contract Manager to lead hard services FM delivery, uphold SLAs, ensure compliance, and drive efficient operations. You will oversee engineering and operations teams, manage client relations, and monitor financial performance.

You will implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards, and promote continuous improvement and staff training across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hard Services FM, including self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and direct a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, solid health & safety knowledge (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance.
• Lead Engineering and Operations teams including performance and training.
• Manage client and stakeholder relations, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Control budgets, revenue, profit, and cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Identify improvements and implement systems to meet contractual commitments.
• Ensure a safe working environment and ongoing staff development.
