Thwaites is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Team Leader to support our Deputy & Assistant Managers in a busy Inn. You will lead front of house across bar, lounge, restaurant and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and a smooth guest journey.

This hands-on role requires you to train staff, handle guest feedback, manage complaints, and assist in planning events. You will work flexible shifts across open days to support a thriving hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in busy hospitality settings.
• Ability to manage guest complaints and maintain brand standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house team across bar, lounge, restaurant and terrace to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee the full-service guest journey and operations with deputy/assistant managers.
• Coordinate daily operations with the team to ensure smooth service flows.
• Provide kitchen with guest pre-orders to support service.
• Deliver ongoing training and support to uphold brand standards.
• Address guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assist in planning and executing events.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and meet needs.
• Provide performance feedback to team members as required.
