Job summary

Thwaites is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our busy hotel to lead daily service, supervise shifts, and ensure guests receive memorable experiences. You will be hands-on, training and motivating the team while hosting events and weddings and responding to guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy food operation is essential.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Flexible with operating hours as the venue is open all day every day.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drink and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Be the first point of call for guest queries.
• Supervise a shift to maintain high standards of service.
• Support and motivate the team.
• Host and run events, conferences and weddings; act as customer liaison when needed.
