• Monitor labour costs and forecasting to optimise staffing
• Oversee stock, purchasing and supplier relations
• Drive revenue, average spend and profitability
• Address guest feedback and continuously improve the operation
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
