Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, UK is seeking an experienced events/production operations professional to own the delivery of our growing portfolio of physical marketing assets and event assets for the Formula One season.

You'll work across design, production, events and partnerships, coordinating assets, timelines and suppliers, and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex physical marketing projects.
• Strong financial oversight and budgeting skills.
• Expertise in governance and project methodologies.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and contracts.
• Experience driving operational change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of physical marketing projects and assets.
• Oversee multiple projects, prioritise workstreams and dependencies.
• Forecast budgets, negotiate with suppliers and report on costs.
• Coordinate builds with production, design, AV and logistics teams.
• Lead asset movement, freight planning and on-site delivery.
• Maintain plans, timelines, risks and budgets with a solutions focus.
• Support briefs, schedules and project documentation across partners.
• Improve internal processes and cross-functional ways of working.
