The desired candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large scale events end to end, have demonstratable budget management experience and a strong leadership and strategy background to support the Head of Marketing Operations.Proven experience of building both digital and event content is highly desirable as this role will lead a number of content focussed events and lead the curation of panels, key notes and firesides tailored to a C-Suite audience.The Marketing Operations Team is responsible for a wide scope of events and projects so we are looking for a dynamic and multi-disciplinary senior manager with a strong leadership, project & event management skillset.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a senior leader within a high-performing Marketing Operations Team, driving excellence in delivery and executionLead the design and delivery of complex events, activations, and demo-led experiences end-to-endLead the planning and execution of large-scale events and campaigns, from concept through to delivery and evaluationOwn and manage significant budgets, ensuring effective forecasting, tracking, and cost controlOversee all supplier, agency, and partner relationships, including negotiation and contract managementLead and develop a team, mentoring and supporting individuals to deliver at a consistently high standardDrive the creation of content-led events, including demos, panels, keynote sessions, and fireside discussions tailored to B2B and C-suite audiencesPartner with internal teams to shape compelling content experiences across physical and digital formatsOwn end-to-end event content delivery, including run-of-show, screen content, and audience journey designEnsure seamless integration between content, production, and delivery across all activationsManage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsAct as a key stakeholder interface, confidently engaging and influencing senior leaders and partners.About YouEssential skills and experienceDemonstratable experience managing large scale budgetsStrong background in negotiation, contract and supplier & agency managementExperience in leadership and line management.
