Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, UK is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead the delivery of physical marketing assets, events and experiential activations across the season. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure assets arrive on time and to the highest standards.

This hands-on role requires strong collaboration with design, production, AV, logistics and external agencies, plus the ability to adapt to fast-changing race-day demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience with agencies, suppliers and contract negotiations.
• Background in physical production, event operations or experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of physical marketing and assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, production, events and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost efficiencies for owned projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and trackside delivery to ensure on-time, high-quality output.
• Develop briefs, schedules and project documentation across partners.
