Job summary

London Business School is recruiting a Senior Learning Manager to join our Experiential Learning team and shape transformational learning experiences for future business leaders.

You will design and deliver innovative experiential learning programmes, support leadership development and drive initiatives that demonstrate the real-world impact of learning, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design and facilitation.
• Experience with research, impact assessment and reporting.
• Knowledge of business education, experiential learning and learning design.
• Stakeholder engagement skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience managing, developing & motivating others without authority.
• Project management experience with advanced planning.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver experiential learning experiences to enhance student leadership development.
• Embed best-practice learning design and facilitation across programmes with high-quality outcomes.
• Co-create and facilitate the Leadership Incubator and other student-led initiatives to develop leadership skills.
• Lead the School's impact strategy, develop evaluation frameworks, conduct research and produce the annual Impact Report.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance learning programmes and share expertise.
• Coach and develop colleagues, improve learning design processes and champion new approaches to maximise impact.
