Job summary

London Business School is seeking a Student Experience Manager to deliver a personalised and supportive MBA experience. You will be the main point of contact for MBA students, providing timely guidance and high-quality information throughout the programme.

Working with colleagues across the School, you will build strong relationships, support academic representation, learning delivery and wellbeing, and help ensure students feel supported whether on campus, remotely, or while travelling.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder engagement with diverse groups and strong empathy for students.
• Pastoral care or wellbeing support experience in a student-facing environment.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and report data to support decision making.
• Good project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated contact for two MBA class streams, supporting first and second year students.
• Provide timely, professional advice via email, in person and through other channels.
• Guide students through key MBA milestones, deadlines, options and programme requirements.
• Build positive relationships with students, supporting academic and personal wellbeing.
• Design and deliver student activities that are inclusive and high-value.
• Respond to feedback and ensure clear, useful information is communicated.
