Job summary

THE·TEAM, a leading Brand Experience agency, is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead on strategic client engagements and end-to-end event delivery from concept through to on-site activation. You will manage budgets, craft compelling presentations, and drive cross-functional collaboration with production, creative, and operations teams.

The role is hybrid, based in London and Orpington, and covers a 12-month maternity cover with responsibility for guiding a high-impact client

Qualifications

• Experience in experiential/live events planning and on-site execution.
• Strong account management and client relationship skills.
• Excellent planning, budgeting and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior client relationships and day-to-day client management.
• Plan and deliver on-site activations with budgets and timelines.
• Lead project timelines, reporting, and KPI evaluations.
• Oversee venue selection, contracts, and health & safety compliance.
