Job summary

Right Formula LTD in London is seeking an experienced Event Director to lead complex, high-profile live experiences and programmes from brief to delivery.

The role combines strategic event leadership, senior client and stakeholder management, and strong team leadership with commercial oversight.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and drive post-event learnings, working with Client Leadership, Producers and Technical Production.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex events, live experiences or premium brand programmes.
• Proven ability to manage senior clients and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Strong commercial understanding including budgets, suppliers and profitability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel and work onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, high-profile events.
• Oversee logistics, guest experience, schedules and onsite delivery.
• Manage client expectations and provide senior advisory support.
• Provide direction across multiple event workstreams to maintain coherence.
• Lead post-event evaluation and translate learnings into improvements.
