Qualifications

• Applied experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related role focused on improving digital products and services.
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with ability to justify tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information and translate into clear experience decisions.
• Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies in digital experiences.
• Ability to incorporate AI-assisted tools into design workflows to improve speed and quality while maintaining data sensitivity and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant solutions to interaction and workflow problems and ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation, findability, and usability in complex enterprise experiences.
• Create and iterate on wireframes and prototypes at the right fidelity to align stakeholders and de-risk implementation.
• Define behavior across key states and edge cases and document intent for engineering.
• Contribute to a component-based design system and specify component usage (variants, states).
• Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decisions, translating data into actionable insights.
• Apply inclusive design and accessibility guidelines throughout the process, partnering on validation.
• Operate iteratively by incorporating feedback, research insights, and product constraints into improved outcomes.
• Use AI-assisted design and development workflows to accelerate exploration while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
