Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an experienced Experience Design Senior Associate to shape the user experience of our financial services products by applying UX principles across AI-enabled tooling.
You will work with Data Science, Technology, and Operations to design human-AI interactions, ensuring accessibility and inclusion while aligning with business goals.
Join a collaborative team within Operations Experience Design (OXD) as you translate complex problems into elegant, live products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucid, VS Code and Copilot
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled or data-intensive products
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous enterprise workflows
Responsibilities
- Design elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms
- Design human-AI interaction for AI/ML capabilities from concept to live production
- Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Operations to define AI/ML outputs in workflows
- Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs
- Collaborate to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform design decisions
- Operate with an iterative design mindset incorporating user feedback
- Analyze market trends, user research and behavior to inform decisions
