The key responsibility of our Executive Assistants, is to work with our executive clients to help relieve their workloads, improve their execution & achieve more success daily with less stress.
This role involves performing a large variety of tasks in order to support senior-level managers to focus on working ON their businesses instead of IN them. Some responsibilities include inbox and calendar management (including answering email & scheduling meetings), providing strategic accountability & followup, task management & organisation - ultimately helping our clients reach their work & personal goals.No day is ever the same!
What will you actually DO?
·Manage/Organize client’s inboxes and calendars
·Respond to emails
·Make travel and accommodation arrangements
·Provide accountability, goal management & planning
·Perform market research
·Create presentations and reports, as assigned
·Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
·Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, distribute & followup
·Other admin duties as delegated by clients
·Act as unofficial sounding board & discussion partner for clients
· Meet client KPIs & committed hours targets daily, submit regular reports & hold yourself accountable
Skillsets
·Excellent verbal and written communications skills
·Outstanding organizational and time management skills
·Familiarity with current technologies
· Understanding of business strategy
·Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
·Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar)
·Discretion and confidentiality
·Confidence & an element of ‘bossiness’
· General business knowledge
· VERY IT savvy - we work fully online (ideally experienced in Office suite, Asana, and other time management, project management softwares)
