About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of Knight Frank Finance.

Why Knight Frank?

Role

This is a 1:1 role for a highly motivated, results driven Senior Executive Assistant. Responsible for proactively managing a range of day to day tasks on behalf of the Managing Partner, including providing right hand assistance in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner. Offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions on behalf of the Managing Partner as and when required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level 1:1 executive support to the Managing Partner, including proactive diary management and meeting preparation.
  • Prepare board packs, take minutes, and manage all Board and monthly meetings.
  • Handle ad-hoc personal admin tasks such as booking flights and managing travel.
  • Organise KFF Board meetings and conferences, including agendas, minutes, and venue sourcing.
  • Arrange detailed UK and international travel, including itineraries and travel documentation.
  • Complete and submit expense reports and collate relevant data.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and voicemails on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Liaise with IT to troubleshoot technical issues and support the Managing Partner.
  • Manage digital filing and email inbox, maintaining strong organisational systems.
  • Support the firm’s Three Year Plan by coordinating with leadership and strategy teams.
  • Oversee the Remuneration and Promotion cycle, including scheduling and paperwork.
  • Manage the full appraisal process, ensuring meetings and documentation run smoothly.
  • Plan and deliver firm-wide events and projects, including office tours and referral logging.

Key Experience Required

  • 3 years+ experience at Senior Executive level.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent standard of English spelling and grammar.
