Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a highly experienced Exchange Hybrid Engineer in Coventry, UK. The role focuses on Exchange Online and On-Premises, with hybrid messaging support and enterprise SharePoint involvement.

The candidate will administer and troubleshoot hybrid Exchange environments, ensure secure mail routing, and drive migrations between On-Premises and Online, while leveraging PowerShell for automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and Exchange Online.
• Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot HCW, hybrid mail flow and secure mail routing.
• Manage DAGs, mailbox databases, transport services, connectors and certificates.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, Outlook connectivity and mailbox access.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Configure mail flow rules, retention and compliance policies.
• Support Exchange Online Protection and Defender for Office 365.
• Assist Exchange migrations between On-Premises and Online.
• Manage SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Use PowerShell for administration and automation.
