Job summary

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of overall IT experience.
• Solid Exchange Online and On-Premises experience.
• Proven experience with Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Active SC Security Clearance.
• Excellent English communication and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and Exchange Online.
• Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot HCW, hybrid mail flow and secure mail routing.
• Manage DAGs, mailbox databases, transport services and connectors.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, Outlook connectivity and authentication.
• Support Exchange migrations between On-Premises and Exchange Online.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and use PowerShell for automation.
