Senior Executive Officer at The Menu Partners & Absolute Taste

JoiningAbsolute Tasteas aSenior Event Manager, you will take full project leadership ofSilverstone, a high-profile event catering for4,800 guests over three days. You’ll also support onSalon Privéand bespoke projects, delivering world-class hospitality experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate event professional to work with top-tier clients, manage large-scale events, and lead teams across culinary, logistics, and operations.

This role isfull-time (40 hours per week), withad hoc hours requiredbased on event schedules. While the role is flexible, you will be expected to work on-site during events to ensure seamless execution.

Lead onprestigious eventssuch as Silverstone and Salon Privé

Competitive salary of£45,000 - £55,000, based on experience

Work alongsidetop industry professionalsacross catering, logistics, and event planning

Be part of a fast-paced, innovative team deliveringhigh-end hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Project leadon Silverstone, ensuring seamless event delivery
• Act as thekey client contact, managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Overseeevent planning, logistics, and supplier coordination
• Work closely with theHead Chefon menu planning and operational food delivery
• Manage eventbudgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Lead andmotivate large teams, ensuring smooth operations on-site
• Identify and implement efficiencies incost, staffing, and event execution
