We are seeking a Senior Events Manager to achieve critical growth objectives in the European market. This is a great opportunity to join a fun and dedicated team and contribute meaningfully in a collaborative environment. The role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

About The Role
  1. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify events such as trade shows, conferences, and summits for sponsorship, attendance, or speaking engagements, and build relationships with event organizers.
  2. Nurture leads obtained from events and develop content to build and strengthen a community of prospects.
  3. Promote events through social media, email marketing, CRM campaigns, etc., prior to the event.
  4. Negotiate terms, conditions, and sponsorship deals for events.
  5. Arrange bookings for venues, accommodations, and tickets.
  6. Manage multiple project timelines efficiently.
  7. Coordinate with sales to strategize around prospecting efforts before, during, and after events to generate leads.
  8. Travel to events to oversee logistics on-site.
  9. Organize parallel side events during main sponsored events.
  10. Manage logistics for booth setup, equipment, and promotional items.
  11. Post-event, build an online community to nurture leads, distribute marketing resources, and stay top-of-mind.
  12. Collect and analyze post-event data and metrics.
  13. Plan and execute online events and webinars featuring Hostaway team members and external guests.
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning, managing, and executing large-scale events.
  • Native proficiency in French or Spanish and fluency in English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events with competing priorities.
  • Experience negotiating with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, social media, and CRM basics.
