You’ll drive excellent service across corporate events, weddings, and special occasions, delivering personal touches that guests will share.

Onboarding includes a 12-week structured learning journey to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel, with a focus on customer care, initiative, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Conference and Events role.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Strong guest service focus and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms and events spaces to ensure excellent experiences.
• Lead staff to deliver outstanding event service and presentations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in event areas.
• Assist with stock taking and training of team members.
