Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night operations, act as the key contact for emergencies, and represent the Front Office Manager in their absence.

You will ensure effective processes, deliver excellent guest experiences, coordinate with department heads, and support VIP arrivals while maintaining safety and security standards. The role also offers a competitive pay and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office/Nights supervisory role
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Customer-centric service delivery
• Knowledge of H&S procedures
• Experience with Infor Front Office or PMS systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as outlined in the Night Manager's Manual
• Liaise with department heads daily to create memorable guest experiences
• Act as main point of contact for the hotel in the absence of senior managers
• Plan VIP arrivals and communicate with hotel staff
• Ensure H&S audits and night security walks are completed
• Provide the Night team with tools and training
• Be present in lobby during peak times to support the team
• Promote selling culture and review nightly results
• Lead the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Respond to guest feedback and update profiles accordingly
