Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to act as the lead contact for a dedicated client, managing multiple small to medium group air bookings. You will collaborate with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

The role focuses on efficient group travel coordination and end-to-end project management, supported by CTM technology, to maximise value for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and coordination of multiple group air programs, up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel with smooth end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximizing revenue for CTM M&E.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies; assist in client pitching.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts for accuracy and control.
