Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an Event Travel Manager to act as the lead point of contact for a dedicated client. You will manage multiple small to medium-sized group air bookings, coordinating with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E colleagues to ensure seamless service and delivery.

The role focuses on high-efficiency group travel coordination and end-to-end project management supported by CTM technology to maximise value and ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel or Business Travel.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable, not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and coordination of multiple group air programs.
• Travel for up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arrange air and rail travel and end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximizing CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support as required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts.
