Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to lead group travel for a dedicated client. You will coordinate multi-project air bookings, work with the Operations Director, Team Manager and the M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding service.

The role focuses on end-to-end travel coordination, cost control and delivering value through our technology.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous

Aufgaben

• End-to-end management of multiple small to medium group air programs, up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Arranging and coordinating air and rail travel for clients.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective fares while maximizing CTM revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies, with occasional client pitches.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts for accuracy and control.
