Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an Event Travel Manager to lead group bookings for a dedicated client. You’ll coordinate with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E colleagues to deliver efficient travel services and strong end-to-end project management.

The role suits someone with experience in agency or TMC travel, managing multiple bookings, ready to step up and take on a new challenge.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in Group/Event/Business Travel.
• Proven track record managing group air bookings and complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre preferred; Level 1/2 training desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for multiple group air programs.
• Manage travel for up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Coordinate air and rail logistics with stakeholders.
• Negotiate fares to maximise client value and CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional on-site event support and travel arrangements.
• Prepare proposals and feasibility studies, assist in client pitches.
• Oversee budgets and reconcile accounts for projects.
