The Senior Event Technology Manager leads the strategy and delivery of event tech across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs, guiding the team and coordinating with clients and vendors.

They oversee registration platforms, apps, and digital tools, ensuring seamless execution from planning to onsite delivery while staying ahead of trends and maintaining strong

Formación

• 8-10 years’ experience in Data Management and Event Technology including planning and coordination.
• Expert knowledge of Cvent is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and event registration platforms.
• Experience with virtual platforms like Zoom, WebEx, SpotMe and others.
• Experience integrating CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Dealcloud) with event tech.
• Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript.
• Ability to lead teams and manage delivery across multiple events.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategy, implementation, and management of event technology across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs.
• Consult with clients on best practices and user experience for registration and apps.
• Provide leadership to the Event Technology team and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning to onsite delivery.
• Maintain room blocks, hotel coordination, and database integrity.
• Support client communications and generate post-event analytics and reports.
