Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering Content, Creative, Digital Technology, and Data & Insights. The Senior Project Manager will manage internal and client-facing events, from briefing to reconciliation, across virtual, in-person and hybrid formats, with travel as required.

You will oversee end-to-end event operations, work with internal partners, and mentor a team, ensuring compliance and top-quality delivery for Fortune 500 clients across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years’ Event Management experience, preferably in corporate or financial services environments.
• Advanced experience with events, conferences, meetings, and production management.
• Experience managing senior clients in planning and execution of events.
• Experience leading a team is a plus but not required in all Senior PM roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong client management and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle planning and execution of events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and post-event financial reporting.
• Source and manage venues, contracts, and suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, catering, transportation, accommodations, AV, and speaker management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Tech, Data, Legal & Compliance as needed.
• Mentor and manage a team, ensuring workload balance and development.
