You will partner with clients, manage platforms like Cvent, Aventri, and Eventbrite, ensure superior attendee experiences, and drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence. Travel and hybrid work are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data management and event technology teams.
• Strong reporting and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex event tech builds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event technology delivery across client events.
• Lead planning, build, testing, and onsite delivery of tech platforms.
• Advise on strategy and best practices for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide hands-on support for builds, data, and reporting needs.
• Mentor and develop the event technology team and promote SOPs.
