Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking an EUC Engineer to provide day-to-day guidance, workload coordination and support for EUC services across the group, remotely and on-site at Hillington, Glasgow with travel for training.

This full-time role covers Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, patching and virtualization, with a 37.5-hour week, shift rotation 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, and a salary of up to £50,000 per year plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience within End User Computing or a similar role.
• Strong experience across EUC technologies including Windows devices and AD/365.
• Experience with image design and deployment technologies.
• Experience with patching technologies and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to coordinate EUC engineers, suppliers or MSPs.
• Excellent communication skills and professional service mindset.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and support out-of-hours activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance, workload coordination, coaching and support for EUC Engineers.
• Develop technical capability and ownership across the team and assist on complex incidents.
• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of EUC services remotely and on-site.
• Own complex break-fix issues, service requests, upgrades and device lifecycle activity.
• Ensure activities progress within SLAs with documentation and testing.
• Maintain configuration management across EUC devices and services.
• Provide technical support across Windows devices, M365, AD, endpoint management and more.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and MSPs involved in EUC service delivery.
