Job summary

Ekco, a security-first MSP, is seeking an experienced Level 3 EUC Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise transformation and device migration programme within a GMP-regulated environment. You will ensure business-critical applications remain stable, compliant, and fully operational during migration and deployment activities.

You will act as the technical escalation point, collaborating with infrastructure, EUC, security, deployment, and project teams to maintain application readiness,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 3 EUC devices and application support within enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Windows-based enterprise applications and ITIL-based support.
• Experience in large-scale IT migration/transformation programmes in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise devices and applications across a complex IT environment.
• Develop technical solutions across the EUC landscape and resolve advanced issues.
• Support application readiness during device migrations and workplace transformations.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user acceptance activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP IT/OT/regulatory standards and ITIL processes.
