Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Estimator / Estimator to support our Complex Projects practice. You will contribute to feasibility through to detailed design estimates, across infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You'll produce varying levels of estimates, support bids and reviews, and help develop a high performing team while applying industry-standard methods and client benchmarking data.

Qualifications

• Degree in Estimating, QS, Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or working towards RICS/ICE/AACE/ACostE.
• Understanding of contingency and risk allowances.
• Knowledge of indirect costs and cost breakdown structures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with designers/engineers/clients.
• Ability to work across sectors and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates from feasibility to detailed design.
• Create Class 5 to Class 1 estimates.
• Support bid activities to grow the portfolio.
• Improve deliverables and client outputs.
• Support regional leadership and team development.
• Use estimating methods and benchmarking data.
• Lead internal reviews and quality assurance.
